hospital gowns...

During our first "Having a Baby" class, we were given a list of things we need to bring with us for labor and afterwards. I was surprised to see "something to give birth in" on the list. Apparently they do not make you wear hospital gowns. Our teacher said that some women buy reusable hospital gowns, others wear old t-shirts and others simply go commando. I will probably just wear one of Tyler's old shirts.... but I did a little dreaming on the web and here are a few of the options that are out there.

the top also drops down for easy nursing access

this is cute, but costs 50 american dollars

this is a "hospital set"

this is a beautiful hospital gown from "Peanut Shell"

p.s. I will not be going commando... no thank you!

Those are pretty snazzy outfits. I think the first one would be most elegant and I love the paisley one. It's cute and looks comfortable. (Commando?: You would be surprised how easily one loses all sense of modesty during labor.)

I like the first one too! How about just a short bathrobe too???
