Since actual nesting is not relevant while we are living in our one room (living, bedroom, etc. is all the same room) apartment... Tyler and I have been living out our nesting needs on the internet dreaming and planning for Parkers future once we move back home.
Most of the things we have found are unrealistic and overpriced... but we love them... and find no harm pretending that one day our house will look like these pictures. We simply want our family and friends to get to know our style along with us!
We are loving this simple grey crib! We have seen it in many photos but have yet to find it for sale anywhere. We are thinking that it would be fun to have a vintage map of Australia hanging above Parker's crib. Maybe even a subtle theme of travel will fill his room... planes, maps, hot-air balloons, etc.

Hey, I love it. Can't wait for you guys to get Parker home. Here's your crib, http://shopgenerationorange.com/Oeuf-Sparrow-Collection-Crib-Gray/M/B0011WZC36.htm . You're right, a little pricey, but it's a simple idea and you could easily achieve the same look with a different crib and some paint, or perhaps there is a certain handyman that would assist you in creating this very thing... Love you guys!
Oh Lindsay you are quick...I found the crib too at the same spot...I actually don't think it is really that expensive...$690....Never a good idea to paint a crib....can peel off into babies tender mouth...just a suggestion...although I am sure that the handyman Lindsay is talking about would be able to figure out the right materials to use...also there may be a certain auntie who would love to spoil her new nephew....Wink Wink..
