Bringing Parker Home

As predicted, one night in the postnatal ward was more than enough. Kelly and Parker were both checked out this morning by the doctors and were given the okay to head home.

(getting Parker ready for a hearing test - he passed)

(a glimpse into the majesty that was the postnatal ward)

(walking home - he is too small for the carrier)

(snuggled up in his bed)

Yay! I think I've checked your blog like twenty times today waiting for more pics. He's so great all snuggled up. It makes me laugh how his legs are all bent in his outfit. Kelly you look so good especially after not getting any sleep.

I must admit I was becoming a bit of a nervous Grandma waiting for a new update - hoping everything was okay. Knowing that you are all home and together is such a relief and seeing the pictures and videos is great. He looks like a little pea in a pod walking home with his papa. I wish you had a rocker to use. We can never have too many pictures. Welcome home Parker xo

He is SOOO precious! I'm sure you are getting advice from everyone, but I thought maybe something I learned could help get you guys some sleep. Everytime I would put Kavya in her basinett in the hospital she would wake up & start crying, the nurses however were always able to get her to sleep... for hours. I finally had to ask the trick and they showed me that wrapping her tight in a light blanket was all she needed. They are used to tight quarters and it made a HUGE difference! Good luck and CONGRATS again! :) ~Carly

He is adorable! And he looks so tiny in Tyler's arms. I too was worried when we didn't get any updates all day and evening. But then I figured it out. I thought, without Tyler Kelly is going to want out of there. So I knew that they were just busy heading for home and settling. I hope Kelly got some sleep. Thanks for the beautiful grandson:) and keep those pictures coming.

Amazing. The cutest little face I've ever seen, and those legs crack me up. I take sleep however I can get it too, so I totally understand. Kel, so glad you guys got home, I'm sure you'll rest much more comfortably there. Can't wait to see you all.
